Losing weight is not easy
A couple of people e-mailed me and asked what my secret is. Well it is no secret, here it is.
Loosing weight the right way is not easy at all. Quick weight loss is rubbish. So what was my success in loosing weight or rather loosing body fat?
First thing was to set myself a goal. My goal was to get 12% to 15% body fat, I was on 22%. Without a goal I am useless and secondly, why do I want to loose weight? There must be a good reason for it. My reason was to do better in the Trans Baviaans than last year. I went to a Biokineticist to work out a specific eating plan an exercise plan for me. Each persons body work in different ways, thus a general plan does not work for everyone. Madelein was the right person because she knows everything about body fat and is also a very good cyclist. Weight above is raw weightOne meal a week, what ever you like
Notes:
No Milk. Not even low fat
You can drink coffee and tea
Drink multi-vitamin’s including vit. C
Take Flax seed oil capsules for extra oil
Use USN’s Protein Shake – Pure Protein Evox synergy whey
Drink also glutamine (for muscle recovery) – Powder
This program worked for me. It isn’t necessary going to work for you. That is why it is better to let someone evaluate you and work out a program that will work for you. The one thing to remember is that a good healthy eating plan goes hand in hand with good regular exercise.

To sum up: No fast diet work, especially on the long term. Go to someone that can work out an eating and exercise plan that fits your body.
